Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika (for that smoky kick)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Directions

  1. Prep the Florets: Wash the cauliflower and cut it into even-sized florets. Make sure they are completely dry before seasoning.
  2. Seasoning: In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and pepper until every piece is well coated.
  3. Load the Basket: Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd it to ensure maximum crispiness!
  4. Air Fry: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Shake & Check: Give the basket a good shake halfway through. Cook until the cauliflower is fork-tender and the edges are slightly browned and crispy.
